Description
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Additionally, this role will involve greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. The successful applicant will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is critical in ensuring that all operational functions proceed smoothly and that client relationships are fostered from the moment they enter our facility. The Receptionist will work closely with various departments in our organization, enhancing communication and ensuring that the flow of information is seamless. Responsibilities
  •  Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
  •  Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages. 
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for executive staff. Assist with data entry and record keeping as required.
  •  Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and information flow. Requirements Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  •  Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a f.ast-paced environment.
  •  Professional appearance and demeanor.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries with tact and diplomacy
