Job Title: Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist
Location: Remote (after initial on-site training)

Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Customer Support Representative. This role involves entering data into Google Sheets and providing excellent customer service (phone calls) within our operations department.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients and suppliers.
- Adhere to work schedules and complete assigned tasks promptly.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Upon acceptance into the position, there will be an initial on-site technical test to assess data entry skills and English proficiency. If the candidate passes, the work schedule will be as follows:On-site training may range from 1 to 2 weeks.
- On-site training is conducted during daytime hours only.
- Post-training, work will be fully remote with variable 8-hour shifts.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in using computers and the internet.
- Excellent command of the English language, B1-B2 level (Reading, Writing, Speaking), no accent is required.
- Commitment to work schedules and tasks.
- Courteous and professional demeanor in dealing with customers and suppliers.
- Possession of a personal computer or laptop for remote work.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required.
- Interviews are in-person only, not online.
- Full-time commitment and adherence to working hours are essential.
- This is not a call center role, phone communication is reserved strictly for case-specific situations
