  • We are looking for a professional and flexible Customer Support Agent to join our team in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is someone with good customer handling skills, strong call etiquette, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and changes.
  • This role requires a responsible, punctual, and customer-focused person who can handle inquiries across multiple channels efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email professionally
  • Ensure excellent call etiquette and communication with customers
  • Respond to customers quickly and accurately according to SLA
  • Use the CRM system efficiently to log and track all interactions
  • Identify customer needs and understand customer behavior patterns
  • Provide proper solutions and guidance to customers
  • Maintain full adherence to working hours and shift timing
  • Adapt to changes in processes, tools, and workflow smoothly
  • Work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
