Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of teaching or tutoring experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant education field
• Fluency in Arabic (basic literacy required)
• Experience in online teaching is preferred

• Webcam

Teaching System

• Lessons are conducted through Aqlam's dedicated platform
• Students provide the necessary educational materials
• Schedules are organized to ensure continuity in learning

Skills

• Fluency in Arabic language reading, writing, and speaking
• Deep knowledge of Quranic rules and teachings (for Islamic education teachers)
• Ability to explain grammar and syntax rules in a simplified and clear manner (for Arabic language teachers)
• Effective communication skills with students and adapting teaching style according to their needs
• Time management and organization of online lessons
• Patience and ability to interact with different educational levels (from primary to secondary)
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and online learning
• Ability to assess student levels and develop appropriate educational plans
