We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Moderator / Coordinator to join our team!
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working online, managing product listings, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
- • Manage online orders, update status, and coordinate deliveries with courier companies.
- • Update product availability through coordination with warehouse and exhibitions teams.
- • Update prices, promotions, and product descriptions with Marketing and Sales.
- • Provide daily and weekly sales performance reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- • Monitor traffic generated from targeted retail and wholesale advertising.
- • Process leads from ads and forward potential traders to regional distributors.
- • Maintain continuous follow-up with traders and distributors to support conversions.
- • Support integrated campaigns with the Social Media Specialist.
- • Manage outsourced tasks including sending product samples for promotional purposes.
- • Assist in activations, sampling events, and special promotions.

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
