Job Description

• Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable entries.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with inventory tracking and cost accounting for bakery and café operations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and coding of expenses.
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding payments and account status.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
