Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Prepare and record daily accounting entries (AR, AP, journal entries).
• Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and governmental entities.
• Issue customer invoices and follow up on collections.
• Review and process vendor invoices, including freight and operational costs.
• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with closing activities.
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
• Support audits and provide the required financial documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3years of accounting experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Egyptian tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
