Description — Supervise the Comp&Ben function besides involvement in other HR functions. — Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company. — Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure. — Prepare, forecast and monitor HR budget. — Assist develop and administer HR policies and procedures, and recognition plans. — Manage the payroll and payment process in a highly efficient manner. — Propose and perform Oracle EBS optimization. — Assist in, analyze and execute new HR projects as and when assigned — Manage a team of HR specialists
Qualifications • Minimum 6 years’ experience in HR • Formal education inn HR from a recognized institution • Excellent number and data analysis abilities • Advanced MS Excel skills • Experience with Oracle EBS • Solid English and Arabic writing skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines • Ability to organize and distinguish confidential data
