A highly organized and professional Admin and Receptionist Assistant with excellent English proficiency to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring exceptional service and smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with proficiency in English.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and prepare meeting agendas.
- Assist in document preparation and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
- Procure and manage office supplies and inventory
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in relevant field
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with attention to detail.
