We’re currently hiring Social Media Specialist to work remotely.

Job Title: Account Executive (Social Media Specialist).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms.

· Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and industry developments to optimize content strategy.

· Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone.

· Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.

· Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns.

· Analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate reports with insights and recommendations.

· Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices in social media marketing.

· Run paid social media campaigns (if applicable), including audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.

· Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external partners to amplify brand presence.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mass com or any relative field.
Exceptional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
1+ year of proven experience in a similar role.
Expertise in using Sprinklr or Hootsuite tool.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experienced in the KSA/Dubai market is a plus.
