Description -Arrange with the agents to prepare the quotations according to the received shipping requests from the sales department, customers. -Send instructions for each shipment (descriptions, the prices, etc...) to the agents, and follow-up the shipments situation to update the customers. -Receive the shipments documents from the agents including (the master bill of lading, supplier documents, etc‡) so the customer can receive the imported cargo. -Follow-up the receiving of the shipments documents from the airlines by sending a messenger to check the arrival according to a report including (types of shipments, schedules, the airlines) -Enter the data and the documents on the FMIS and the OTM to get the delivery order that allows the customer to receive the imported cargo. -Issue the invoice on the FMIS system after the review, to make sure the invoice received from the agent agreed with the quotations from EGYTRANS to the agent.
Qualifications Education & Experience •Appropriate bachelor degree. •At least 5 years work experience in the field.
