Description —Promote awareness of the company portfolio of brands, including commercial leasing, residential sales and leasing. —You will be responsible for the execution of planned marketing activities through advertisements, PR, campaigns and events which effectively reach the target audience and firmly establishes the brand within the market. —Strengthen the message and ensure timely and effective marketing strategies that are within brand and budget according to the groups business objectives, relating to profitability and growth. —Analyze each market segment & interpret trends on all key brands in each division in relation to competitors. —Provide information / data to Strategic team on their specified format received from time to time. —Assist brand team on state data for brand positions & penetration to enable managers implement strategies effectively. —Maintain and track all marketing efforts involved in the company and also manage the budget of the marketing department. —Do market research to figure out the market requirements for all of the companys existing and future products and services for the company. —Do analysis of all of the customer research, conditions in current market in their niche, and get information on the companys competitors. —Manage the efficiency of the marketing plans and projects in the company.
Qualifications *Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business or related field. *Minimum of 8-10 years in a marketing or business related discipline in retail marketing * Proven experience in customer and market research . *Experience working with external agencies, events, PR and advertising. *Fluent Arabic and English languages.
