Description - Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts, and reviewing the contracts terms & conditions with customers. And ensure contracts close out and renewal. - Maintain Contracting records and documentation, such as receipt and control of all contract correspondences, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, and other related documents for the company projects. - Assist the Client in contract administration by providing support in interpreting contract language and analyzing contract baseline costs. - Prepare formal, short term and annual contracts and be in charge of soliciting and acquiring contracts, negotiating and closing deals. - Accurately interpreting the terms of a contract and verifying the credentials of the company with which the contract is made. - Makes sure the contract terms comply with companys policies, as well as local and regional guidelines under the supervision of the direct manager and the Contract Manager. - Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy and Work with finance department to ensure to ensure revenue recognition and pricing. - Ensure the signed contracts are approved by all relevant departments to provide contract visibility, and monitor transactions compliance such as invoices, deliverables, etc.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Law • 3-5 years of experience in the same field - Previous Experience in Real Estate.
