Description a. To Recruit and Manage Teachers Interviewing and selecting new teachers of English. Making sure job outlines, pay scales, etc., are up-to-date with accounting/personnel. Setting up monthly schedules of classroom observation/sitting-in of teachers by yourself or your coordinators. Doing three-month probationary teacher appraisals. Doing six-month performance reviews and annual assessment for teachers+. Running monthly staff meetings of all teachers. b. To Line Manage Coordinators and Teachers Being the line manager to coordinator(s) and full-time/part-time teachers. Ensuring that coordinator(s) present six-month job plans. By reviewing progress against these targets every six-months. c. Timetables and Holidays Doing the annual holiday schedule for full-timers. Helping administration sort out timetables and carefully allocating full-time teachers to classes, then part-timers. Making sure coordinator(s) are on a month-on/month-off schedule as far as possible teaching, as and when necessary. d. To Do Timetabling and Deal with Administration/Surveys/Problems Helping administration place students in class. Running the mid course surveys with students. Reporting to Executive Director. Responding to complaints and providing advice and follow-up to students. f. Attending Management Meetings Meeting the CEO/Executive Director weekly. Attending the bi-weekly senior staff meetings.
Qualifications - Postgraduate Studies are preferable. - Experience in the same position.

Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills To know timetabling and deal with administration/surveys/problems. Work and plan on your own initiative. Good experience in teaching all levels of English, preferably ESP and IELTS. Able to listen/diplomatic. Good computer skills. Good training skills. Team worker and a good facilitator.
