Description - Undertake risk assessment to any new or modified operation activity/location within the organization. - Develop internal health and safety policies and procedures in light of performed risk assessments. - Ensure compliance to all legal requirements applicable to the companys activities. - Follow-up on implementation of operational control procedures and ensuring compliance of all involved employees. -Actively work on raising health and safety awareness within the organization. - Investigate any incident/accident cases and producing relevant reports. - Organize and implement internal health and safety audits. - Produce monthly reports and statistics on levels of compliance to health and safety regulations, incident and accident occurrences. - Follow-up and report on the status of applying health and safety objectives, targets and programs.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree is required, preferred to be in health and safety related field. - Minimum of 2 years experience in health and safety field. - Must demonstrate strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management. - Ability to travel to conduct site evaluations and training. - Experience in training or teaching.

Other Skills - Previous experience with the field of Health and Safety - Training courses and certificates in Health and Safety.
