General responsibilities:
· Assist the Admin & HR
Manager in achieving the objectives of management, and assist
in preparations for the management
functions and follow-up the implementation of it and writing the
necessary reports, coordination between the all departments and follow-up
subsidiary of periodic reports.
· Familiar with Labor Law & Insurance Law .
· Ability to prepare salaries & wages .
· Good time management.
· Efficient organization and
time- management.
· Write and send correspondence- and record keeping...
· Efficiency and effectiveness in- communication systems.
· Planning system of conservation, registration and indexing, which
must be followed.
· Responsible for apply the company internal policy concerning
Hiring & Firing .
· Preparing job descriptions
for company employees.
· Apply the company policy regarding the monthly & annually
appraisal .
· Responsible for Definition
, planning training needs & to prepare the
annually training plan .
· Responsible for the Company recruitment & all employees
contracts .
· Looking after Budget...
· Responsible for Employees Annual Balance.
