Description Reporting to Chairman Directly, experience with SHEET METAL Products FABRICATION, ASSEMBLY, BENDING & WELDING OPERATIONS, Supervises the operation, maintenance, and takes on the responsibility of the productivity, Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures, Establish and direct plant policies and procedures, Responsible for plant production goals, Foster a well-trained and motivated staff, Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping, Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules, Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff, Conduct employee performance reviews, Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications B SC in Mechanical Engineering, Experience in Steel /Metal industry. At least 10 years’ experience at an industrial company, High experience in production and maintenance, At Least 3 Years’ Experience in Management Skills, Awareness of management by objectives. , At Least Ability to analyze and develop plans that achieve objectives, Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excellent Command of English Written & Spoken Both of them, Age not to exceed 45 years.
