Description * Assisting in all activities to ensure smooth running of the CEO office. * Organizing daily activities in terms of post, mail diary management. * Monitoring correspondence coming in through the offices CEO emails and forwarding to staff as appropriate. * Follow up the CEO travelling Business Trips; flights booking, hotels. * Handling all incoming & outgoing CEOs phone calls. * Taking note during Meeting & events. * Screening all incoming emails into CEOs office and reply accordingly when required. * Observe confidentiality and ensure important documents are kept safely. * Back-up for administrative assistants in cases of leave. * drafting daily outgoing correspondence. * Manage correspondence & communications ensuring prompt responses to important emails.
Qualifications Experience in similar field. Leading & communication skills. Organizing & computer skills.

Other Skills Business writing skills Can work under pressure
Salary (L.E.) More than 6000
