Description     — Gather the input for the Master Plan — Manage small scale projects. — Lead the change management activities — Organize and manage the UAT activities. — Monitor projects deadlines closely — Determine how projects results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation — Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion — Circulating projects status to stakeholders. — Organize meetings, write and circulate MOMs. — Assist the project manager in his or her daily tasks — Tickets issuance and follow up, including issues reported to vendors. — Deployment requests issuance and follow up. — Clients follow up on certain projects tasks ‘ documentation, network setup, HW readiness, etc..– — Vendors delivery tracking & follow up.
Qualifications    • Education: B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration • 0-3 years experience in Projects coordination • Working experience in PMO environment is a plus • Technical Background is a plus • Banking background is a plus • Skills: 1.
