SSD position  Roles & Responsibilities: The responsibility of the Supervisor shall include but is not limited to the following:-   The Supervisor will act under instructions from the Project Managers. The Supervisor is concerned with running of the ROV with an offshore team.   The Supervisor will be expected to carry out all management duties expected offshore.   Effective communications via a toolbox talk so as the oncoming shift are fully aware of ongoing tasks.   To be safety aware, including organizing and managing safety of team, accident reporting, effective use of safety management system, undertake regular safety meetings and Risk Assessments.   Effective handling of emergency situations / Management of ROV team in such situations.   Training / assessing Pilot Technician Grades and Sub Engineers.   Organizing and managing the team.   To be responsible for maintenance of system records.   Preparation of formal procedures.   Interface effectively with client.   Full technical and operational awareness of ROV System.   Demonstrate working knowledge of company FMS and associated ROV Procedures.
