Description      Analyze and fully understand the needs and requirements of customers ” internal and external.  Effectively participate in software design and architecture utilizing new applied technologies.  Develop tools and programs as per customers requirements meeting project deadlines.  Apply amendments and modification on programs whenever needed; amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.  Conduct acceptance test, and train customers on using the developed tools and programs.  Regularly evaluate the performance of developed tools and programs so as to take corrective actions and further enhance performance.  Develop and maintain programming documentation
Qualifications    -5 years experience in .NET development (c#)  Computer Science degree.  Excellent Knowledge in ASP.NET, SQL and MS Project  SharePoint development is a plus  JavaScript with JQuery (Excellent Knowledge)  *SQL knowledge(Excellent knowledge)  At least master one of the following besides all above:  C++  HTML5,CSS3  Java  XAML  XML & XML schemas
