The Factory
Manager is delegated the full authority required to fulfill the
responsibilities & duets listed as per under this job description.
Approval & signature levels are
in accordance with the company delegation of authority chart.
General responsibilities &
authorities:
·
To oversee the implementation of projects, installations
in the workplace.
·
Follow up the implementation of- project delivery in accordance with the schedules adopted.
·
Take the
necessary steps for-
transfer of equipment and materials to work sites.
·
Prepare
·
Responsible Managing & follow the factory work &
projects in order to accomplish the projects in the proper time.
·
Control the employees & workers in the Factory.
·
Attend periodic meetings with Two MD's & Other
Departments Managers , in order to coordinate with other department's productivity
and help to achieve the company's strategy and contribute to solving
problems.
·
Develop and follow up the implementation plan of- research and development To increase the competitiveness of the
company.
·
Identify alternative raw materials in order to achieve
reduction in the cost of production and development of the means of
production and installation.
·
Write all work
instructions are generated for complex and/or critical production operations.
·
Ensure that the
mechanics workshop and the tools in good condition and appropriate standard.
·

Minimum Qualifications
·
BSC Engineering (Mechanic )
·
Shall have enough knowledge about soft ware programming
and information technology.
·
Shall have the qualification required to fulfill his
duties and responsibility as above.

Experience
·
( More than 10 years experience with the production
machines maintenance ).
|

Training
·
Practical training
·
Should attend training courses as per EPHH matrix
|
|||
Skills
·
Strong Personality..
·
High capacities
in the- management of projects.
·
Knowledge of recent- developments in the industry they belong to the company.
·
Mastering the use
of computers..
·
Leadership skills and ability to lead & Control the
workers.
·
High Management
skills
·
High Communication skills
·
Problem Solving.
·
Ability to
supervise and- coordinate the implementation and
follow-up
