Description Check the money received and counts it comparing with the total amount in the sales order for each sales rep. Review and compare the received check comparing with the sales order amount. Register all needed actions on the Oracle application to prove receiving money/check from each sales rep. Gather all money in the treasury and put it in groups to be delivered to the money transfer company or deposit it directly to the bank. Register on the Oracle application the sales order distribution for each customer. Issue money from the branch budget when needed after ensuring from all needed signature to pay branch obligations (rent, electricity...etc). Execute gradual review and monitoring to ensure that the actual balance is matched with record at treasury. Develop different reports required to be submitted to the concerned parties. Perform any other tasks with the same level of authority.
Qualifications Faculty of commerce – accounting section 1 - 2 yrs experience in accounting. Good command of English language spoken and written. Excellent computer skills. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. Very good organization skills and well disciplined
