Description Assist in the preparation for Road Shows, ensuring all relevant financial information is accurate and up to date. Assist in the development of the investor relations presentation in coordination with third party vendors, as appropriate, providing a professional presentation of the ERC value proposition for investors and stakeholders. Provide regulatory forms required by Egyptian Financial Services Authority (EFSA) ensuring ERCs disclosure requirements are met. Assist in the development of press releases in coordination with Corporate Communications and third party vendors, as appropriate, providing timely communication of information to the public. Regularly update company fact sheets to ensure the companys current financial position is accurately and continuously communicated. Manage and update the companys investor relations website, ensuring that all relevant information for companys stock is posted and is accurate. Prepare ERCs Annual Report, ensuring that all departments have provided the information needed and that the Annual Report conforms to the financial authorities requirements.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance Desirable: Master’s Degree in Finance or CFA designation Minimum Experience: A minimum of 3 years of investor relations or related experience Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge of finance and financial analysis Results-oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability Good command of the English and Arabic language (spoken and written) and strong communication and presentation skills
