Description Will handle the implementation of the companys Performance Management policies and procedures throughout the organization. He/she will be mainly responsible for the following: Coordinate and follow up the implementation of the Probation Period Evaluation Process to ensure its timely completion. Deliver awareness sessions to the middle management to communicate the performance management policies and procedures. Coordinate for the implementation of the annual performance appraisals (Staff level & Managerial level) to ensure the effectiveness and fairness of the process. Attend some of the performance appraisal meetings as an observer to ensure the efficiency. Assist in creating and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all employees as a tool of performance evaluation.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any field. • Very good command of both written and spoken English. • 1 year of related experience. • HR Certificate is a plus. • Very good computer skills. • Very good communication skills and presentation skills.
