Description We are seeking talented, highly motivated candidate with extensive knowledge of the mortgage business worldwide & its fundamentals-Manage strategic/dynamic asset allocation service,with the goal of identifying & delivering better investment solutions for investors of all types.performs a variety of professional-level duties involved in the acquisition,development, property management/administration &disposition of real estate-Conducting quantitative,qualitative & fundamental analysis with future projection across all major global asset classes,including equities,fixed income,credit,commodities, currencies & options. Specifically,developing an innovative valuation,statistical & optimization models for use in portfolio construction{Dynamic Asset Allocation DAA}-manage global real asset portfolios with a goal of protecting against inflation. These assets include natural resource & real estate equities,commodity futures,currencies & inflation-linked bonds. manage the real asset strategies covering the investment process while calculating the trades off expected risk,return &inflation sensitivity of these assets-Responsible for{Strategic Asset Allocation SAA},Long term Investment Planning as he will develop and maintains a set of state of the art quantitative tools for recommending strategic asset allocation decisions in long-term investment planning-Responsible for the portfolio construction and management for Strategic Equities
Qualifications -Holding degree in math, engineering, economics or finance -Ability to travel abroad in business trips -Knowledge of statistics/probability -Knowledge of Microsoft office package and research tools -Strong interest in finance and economics -Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills -Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment -Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
