Description Implement and achieve company objectives, priority and stick to our principles Responsible for the Regions forecasting and sales tracking Develop and deliver a business plan and sales strategy that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price changes, and product changes. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of the business Maximize the company sales through opening new markets. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Develop and promote the sales team to raise the level of sales and administrative skills. Develop the optimum structure for the team to reach the best results and sales productivity.
Qualifications 7-9 years experience in a major food manufacturer a must GO-GETTER personality to think outside the box to drive sales and amplify performance of Sales Team Excellent communication and customer rapport along with outstanding presentation skills Solid independent judgment Excellent negotiation skills High integrity level Team spirit
