Prepare paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file. Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks. Setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Monitoring and Controlling Resources - and overseeing the spending of money.
Qualifications • Organizational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.• Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software.
