Description Assist in Purchasing Process from the local market Negotiate prices, payment & delivery terms Review material requisitions & channel to the appropriate supplier Follow up the status of requisitions and the recital status with the requesters, Issue Requests for Quotation & Purchase Orders to Suppliers Follow up with the suppliers, (quotations, delivery date,.) Update suppliers database Quality inspection, compare between purchase order, packing list/delivery note & actual goods received, report any discrepancies Filling Work at the office, Develop & update the inventory database
Qualifications Bachelor degree. Preferable in Engineering 1 to 3 years in the same or relevant role. Good use of PC & reporting skills

Other Skills Familiar with Mechanical equipments and spare parts. • Very good organization, interaction and presentation skills. • Experience in Purchasing with Industrial Firms • Analytical thinking, good negotiation skills. • Familiar with ISO procedures.
