Description -Participate in new product / process teams to support Quality Engineers . -Assist in development, review and approval of process and equipment validation / qualifications. -Work with Operations and new process / product development teams to ensure compliance to the Quality System policies. -Supports and leads development and implementation of in-house and supplier initiatives including Customer complaints. -Supports Customer and Regulatory body audits and responses. -Assure proper use of statistical tools to analyze data, make acceptance decisions, and improve process capability. -Establish annual Quality Improvement goals with Operations and Quality Leadership. -Lead Continuous improvement activities and support Lean environment and re-work / scrap reduction.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Material Science preferred) Experience years from 4 - 6
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Should possess solid team leadership, structured problem solving, presentation, technical, systems, and inter-personal (negotiation, delegation, persuasion) skills.
