Description 1. Responsible for both of sales and marketing. Provide strong leadership for sales and marketing teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets and expense 2. Control. Recruit and coach staffs on professional knowledge and job-related skills Set up KPIs to appraise staffs performance Set up and manage customers profile, develop potential customers Join in making company strategy plans Looking for potential principals to widen business activities Cooperate with other departments to fulfill assigned tasks
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in business administration, an MBA is preferred • Experience at least 5 years at management level for FMCG. • Open minded, services minded, strong business sense • Good communication/Negotiation skills • Integrity, responsive, high commitment • Strong leadership
