Description 1. Responsible for both of sales and marketing. — Provide strong leadership for sales and marketing teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets and expense 2. Industry trends. — Control budget and expenses within business unit in order to ensure the profitability. — Recruit and coach staffs on professional knowledge and job-related skills — Set up KPIs to appraise staffs performance — Set up and manage customers profile, develop potential customers — Join in making company strategy plans — Looking for potential principals to widen business activities — Cooperate with other departments to fulfill assigned tasks
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in business administration, an MBA is preferred • Experience at least 5 years at management level for FMCG. • Open minded, services minded, strong business sense • Good communication/Negotiation skills • Integrity, responsive, high commitment • Strong leadership
