Description Building effective supply chain partnerships. Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts. Negotiate with foreign suppliers to achieve best material price offer and best service. Analyze price proposals and other data and information to determine reasonable prices. Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues. Create Purchase orders and ensure the follow up with the suppliers. Communicate with suppliers to get required documents for clearance and shipping conditions. Dealing with commercial invoices and proforma invoices. Handling contracts with foreign companies. Monitoring shipments to insure receiving goods on time.
Qualifications • From 1 to 3 years of experience. • Holding a BA bachelor’s degree (not a must ) • Ability to work for extended time and meet the expected goals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent negotiation skills. • Able to plan priorities as required. • Good working knowledge of MS office. • Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.(plus) • Have a background about LC’s. • Understanding Incoterms. • Strong awareness of legal aspects for international trade & international contract Management. • Experience in dealing with banks
