Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. Professional development, benefits and compensation administration, job classification, employee relations, and Labor Law administration. Able to target opportunities for service improvement through training and coaching. A self-starter who is able to target HR priorities and ensure delivery by taking action and exhibiting excellent follow-up. Well organized and able to multi-task and perform well under pressure. Strong leadership skills - able to practice leadership by example.
