Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. Supervises the day-to-day operations of IT Applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g., procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware. Ensure the sharp application of information security/ information assurance policies, principles, and practices. Manage event managements for critical and important events. Write, debug, and maintain code. Provide customer/user training when needed. prepare and update manuals, instructions, and operating procedures. Evaluate established methods and procedures and prepare recommendations for changes in methods and practices where appropriate. Design user interfaces Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions. Defining systems scope and objectives. Translate systems requirements into applications prototypes/terminology. System Analyst - HR & Payroll Oracle ERP applications Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet AICE and department requirements, policies and standards
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering - Experience as System Analyst for HR & Payroll Oracle ERP applications
