Description 1.Formulate and co-ordinate a manufacturing requirement plan based on customers firm and tentative requirements by evaluating all factors involved. 2.Provide information, reports and recommendations to Management. 3.Analyses firm customer requirements and produce a workable plan for his product 4.Ensure that all relevant documents are retained. 5.Complete all reports correctly and efficiently. 6.Regular communication with Sales team, to ensure knowledge of any potential change(s), to maximize time to react to such change(s). 7.To ensure that change is necessary, especially within manufacturing lead time, or inside planning time fences. 8.Attend relevant meetings regularly. 9.Continuously provide relevant information to superiors and peers in an accurate and understandable manner. 10.Follow up with relevant teams that analysis of customer schedules, reconciliation and production of a schedule for the Logistics Department. 11.Ensure having detailed comparison of previous schedule quantities. 12.Prepare periodic statistical reports. 13.Monitor and maintain key performance measures . 14.Issue measures to relevant departments. 15.Seeks continuous improvements on planning activities. 16.Develop and implement plans continuously to ensure that all operations are running smoothly. 17.Set objectives, prioritize and allocate resource to meet targets. 18.Assist and support Logistics Department in problem solving. 19.Adhere to companys standards and rules for internal policies, quality and safety requirements.
Qualifications 1.B.SC of Engineering , Preferred strong experience in heavy industry. 2.Excellent computer literature using MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook). 3.Strong analytical and project management skills. 4.Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5.Strong team working and Networking skills.
