Description Under general supervision of the Director of Human Resources and Administration, the incumbent shall perform a wide range of administrative and HR responsibilities. (1) Administrative responsibilities mainly include customs clearance; management of fleet and drivers; procurement; maintaining inventory of assets; obtaining expats work permits & residence visas; and maintenance of office equipment. (2) HR responsibilities mainly include social insurance for local personnel; administration of time attendance, medical programs, performance appraisals, and personnel leaves per policies; and assisting with recruitment process and labor contracting.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should: Have BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional office environment. Demonstrated efficiency in approaching and resolving pending issues directly with government authorities. Command spoken and written English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently, and sometimes, with minimal supervision. Able to successfully perform in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
