Description First: Planning: 1. Study and review the project documents. 2. Implement the Organization Chart and define the responsibilities for each function . 3. Participate insetting the project times schedule . 4. Receive the site free from barriers and obstacles or any o b s t a c l e s t h a t m a y b e p re s e n t . 5. Start in implementing the work drawings and follow-up to their approval by the consultant. 6. Develop Safety and Security plan. 7. Identifying outside side (Owner - Consultant - Supervision - Project Management Consultant ....) 8. Prepares usage forms with consultant and owner. 9. Get the Consultant approval on the following (Organizational Structure, Time Plan Schedule, Subcontractors, Shop Drawings, Materials and Equipment, and all that is required for adoption) Second: planning and implementation of equipment 1. Implement a drawing for the site. 2. Implementation of the facilities items mentioned before. 3. Providing the owner with the required items as set in the contract. 4. Monitor the implementation of the Project Organizational Structure, requirements, equipment and sub-contractors. Third: Implementation of the project: 1. Define the activity expected for the coming month. 2. Follow-up testing and calibration of equipment used during the implementation 3. Follow-up warehouses and its stock and methods of storage. 4. Daily following up on the site and ensure identically with the time plan, contract and specifications. 5. Follow-up administrative work with the consultant 6. Provide Site Technical Engineers with the technical instruction. 7. Follow-up daily reports on the numbers of labor, sub-contractors and equipments performance. 8. Follow-up Procurement requisition and make sure they are 10. 11. date . Follow-up cost control. Follow-up Health and Safety implementation plan. Study clients complaints and verify it. Follow-up any additions or changes arise in the contract delivered to the site.
Qualifications Performance Expectations: Efficiency in managing project from the financial aspect. Efficiency in managing project from the time plan aspect. Efficiency in managing manpower to get the maximum performance achievement. Efficient supervision of the subcontractors to perform the required tasks. Efficiency in minimizing the waste material at all projects stages. Education, Skills, Experience required • Bachelor degree in engineering. • 08 to 10 years working experience. PMP certificate is preferable Excellent English Skills Knowledge of Project Management, Planning, Cost Control. Ability to administer technical support services Decision maker and leadership ability Negotiation Skills Communication Skills. Ability to work well through others Ability to handle multi tasks and meet due date. Excellent computer skills.
