Description Job Purpose Execute all human resources activities within the company to ensure that competent employees are recruited and maintained within the organizations. Principal Accountabilities Human Resources Policies and Procedures Develop human resources policies, procedures, work flows and forms to maximise efficiency. Organizational Development Prepare and document companys organization structure including functions, jobs and reporting lines. Develop job descriptions for each job within the organization in line with the established organization structure. Compensation and Benefits Develop companys grade and salary structure in line with market practices and the organizations budget. Develop companys benefits structure and policies in line with market practices and the organizations budget. Recruitment Carry out recruitment and selection activities to fill vacant positions. Training Liaise with line managers to identify training and developmental needs for employees. Manage relations with training providers to obtain details of available training. Manage the provision of training to employees including selection of training provider, scheduling of training and evaluation of training. Performance Management Establish a performance management system that continuously manages the performance of employees. Manage the performance management process ensuring that managers continuously coach and provide feedback to their subordinates.
Qualifications Strong Arabic and English language knowledge – both spoken and written Ability to use databases, spreadsheets and word processing packages Knowledge of human resources practices Understanding of labour law, regulations and their implications Understanding of social insurance laws and regulations and their implications Strong organising skills and ability to develop plans, policies and forecasts Good problem solving skills to deal with disputes, grievances and staffing problems Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work accurately, with good attention to details
