Description     1.Knowledge Transfer and Management of the local project team: The position holder ensures that the local project team members understand the project scope and its impact on the business. The person acts as a single point of contact for queries from global IT and Corporate HR to the entire local organization, coordinates the tasks internally and provides the requested information. At the same time, he/she addresses all local questions and concerns and escalates them wherever appropriate. 2.Local HR Processes optimization: The position holder is responsible to review the local HR processes, to align them to the Corporate HR processes and to optimize them in the view of the SAP HR roll-out. In collaboration with the local HR team, he/she develops the most appropriate approach to manage HR activities. Other important objectives are to establish a process of ongoing data maintenance and to ensure sustainable adoption of the new way of working by the local stakeholders. 3.Business requirements definition: The local project manager represents the business demand in terms of what kind of data has to be reflected in the system in order to comply with business and legal requirements and to streamline the daily business. In scope of this position is also the set-up of an interface from SAP HR to the local payroll system. 4.Approach Design for data migration and user acceptance testing: Based on the business needs and the system functionalities, the position holder defines the employee data that will be migrated to SAP HR, supervises closely its collection and validates its correctness. Moreover, he/she ensures that the entire HR team is trained on Corporate HR processes and handles SAP HR with confidence, so that they can perform the User Acceptance Testing. He/she develops high-level test scripts and business cases and ensures its smooth completion.
Qualifications    •Higher education, project experience, HR systems (ideally SAP HR) knowledge •Solid understanding of HR processes, al Nakhla specifics and Egypt labor legislation •Excellent speaker, leader and organizer •Interconnected thinking and multitasking •Ability to learn quickly, open for new ways of running the business, unafraid to challenge the status quo in order to drive continuous improvement •Result orientation, time management, deadline adherence •Fluent in English, local language is an advantage
