Description Work with HR manager on recruiting planning meetings. Create job descriptions. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Qualifications • • A sound knowledge of the principles of recruitment and classification. • • • A working knowledge of labor law. • • • Sound interviewing skills and techniques. • • • Superior interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills. • • • Ability to deal tactfully with staff, job candidates. • • • Experience with computers and MS Office
