Description As the Ecommerce Product Management Lead, you will develop and provide technical leadership for product management, and ecommerce search/navigation solutions using The Employer Tools. You will work with a dedicated business, offshore development team and follow operation processes to develop e-commerce websites for our corporation and various other brands owned by the Group Responsibilities: 1.corporate retail site portal management, develop and execute traffic strategy and forecast 2.Work with key retailers to develop online presence within their domains through traffic growth and improved content for all The Employer brands a.Identify top retailers based on size and growth potential b.Work in conjunction with Sales to build online strategy for growth c.Support Sales Team in product content and portal 3.Assist in managing all of the operational and execution aspects: A.Item setup and content management via portal sites B.Maintaining product pages C.Online traffic improvement and optimization D.Operational scorecard E.Training 4.Assist in product development strategy based on website data analysis. 5.Submission and propose for technical team and developers to create and enhance our product capabilities. 6.Work with onsite counterpart to align and deliver on common goals 7.Provide ongoing architectural guidance to ensure that the platform is stable, scalable and easy to maintain 8.Work closely with the business to deliver solutions 9.Prepare technical strategies and proposals as part of delivering solution 10.Test websites
Qualifications I. 3+ years of experience of developing ecommerce web solutions with a significant product base and transaction volume. II. 2+ years of experience of development using tools such as Mails Systems, analytics, and Ecommerce Common Platforms. III. Advanced project management skills IV. Prior experience in Product Management and/or Marketing V. Advanced computer literacy, prior relational database and object oriented programming experience VI. Strong listening and negotiation skills and proven verbal and written abilities VII. Highly collaborative nature, able to work in matrix organizational structure VIII. Bachelors degree, Marketing or Computer Science or related field. IX. Dynamic personality able to work in a fast-paced environment X. Think strategically and innovative about improving business in a very complex and competitive marketplace
