Description — Make monthly report for about sales invoices — Review the closing balance for clients — Assist with audits — Liaise with clients on invoices, funds owed, and account issues — Reconcile the invoices and payments to the general ledger and to the bank — Compile various month-end reports and schedules for Corporate — Run weekly/monthly integrity reports — perform account reconciliations — follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc — Analyze return documents and process/apply credit memos and freight claims — Identify bad debts/financial exposure — Review daily orders — Responsible for accurately entering, reviewing or modifying data using various software programs — Prepare payment document and ensure that all supporting document are obtained professional manner and check according to companys manual of authority — Obtain balance confirmation with all related parties as per the books balances and reconcile any differences
Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent • Certificate of CMA is must
