Description 1- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets. Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments. 2- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts. Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company. 3- Ensure compliance with local budgetary reporting requirements. 4- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions. 6- Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. 7- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives. 8- Serve on planning and policy-making committees. 9- Serve as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issues. 10- Oversee financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures. 11- Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements. 12- Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry. 13- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports. 14- Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures. 15- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards. 16- Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations. and others.
Qualifications Experience: • 15 Years experience in the same field, at least 5 years in the same position preferred work in FMCG. Education: • A Bachelors degree in Finance or Accountant major Preferable with Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
