Description *Work to create measurable improvements in all areas of corporate operation. *Develop and implement action plans that address quality issues. *Establishing and measuring standards in accordance with specified guidelines. *Apply communication strategies to identify and approve quality issues corporate-wide. *Map & analyze current state. Identify main business pains, root causes and improvement needs. *Uses all necessary improvement LSS tools including: value stream mapping, POKA-YOKE, SMED, 5S, SPC, OEE ‡ etc to address quality gaps in the organization. *Prioritizing potential improvement opportunities & actions based on their impact, practicality and alignment with the business strategic plan. *Rearrange plant layout based on product value streams to improve delivery & efficiency. *Preparation and maintaining of quality improvement reports. *Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan. *Create and manage the proper organizations balanced score cards. *Develop Management and Financial Advisory Programs for the organization.
Qualifications *BSC of production Engineering *LSS black belt certificate *Supply chain management knowledge. *MBA is preferred.
