Description — Following up the full recruiting process starting from search through different vacancies, to candidates screening, to interviews, to deal finalization with chosen candidates. — Handling recruitment requirements via different recruitment vacancies (recruitment agencies, universities job fairs, advertisements, online recruitment portals, etc) for white collars and blue collars. — Building applicant sources. — Determining applicants qualifications by Resume screening and first interviews. — Managing new employee relocation by coordination with management and follow up on performance during initial period of enrollment. — Improving organization applicants attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices. — Perform salaries and benefits surveys to ensure company salaries and benefits are in line with industry and functions.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree with at least 6 years working experience. - Previous experience and proven success in recruitment position. - Familiarity with dealing with recruitment agencies, blue-collar recruitment, online recruitment portals. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
