Description Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Effectively maintains & retains existing customers & new customers by building long term relationships. Drives Customer Value, Identifies and implements innovative solutions to increase customer value & intimacy Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts. Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company Managing a portfolio of accounts. Delivers sales presentations to customers if needed and attend meetings. Manages InfasMe resources to deliver contractual obligations and increasing levels of customer satisfaction. Identifies and escalates performance or cost issues within the organization until resolved. Responsible for handling all customers conflicts, with ensuring that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner & informing Sales Manager of any problems that may arise. Leading and training other members of the account team. Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team Attending client meetings. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts. Meets assigned expectations for profitability. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Provides management reports as required. Identifying Sales Opportunities, customer business drivers and develops related opportunities for the InfasMe Dynamic Infrastructure portfolio.
Qualifications • BSc. / BA in any discipline.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills • Good command of English language. • Very good user of MSO applications and Internet. • The ability to work under pressure and strict to deadlines. • Flexibility & excellent interpersonal , leadership & communication skills. • Strong customer relationship skills • Strong presentation skills
