Description To work closely with the MM and assist in supervising the marketing team To deputize for the MM as and when occasionally necessary especially in respect of new business development marketing issues with stakeholders To project manage the marketing elements of specific new business development projects within IBC and work closely with stakeholders as the marketing liaison To manage specific aspects of the business development communications plans To work with the MM to project manage the production of all new business development online and offline marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, adverts, website, e - newsletters and special projects To work with the MM to produce innovative an d cost effective for the new business development promotions including high quality copy writing and accurate proofreading for a selection of marketing materials and obtain sign off from relevant stakeholders To work with the MM to manage the effective implementation of multi - channel online and offline integrated global marketing campaigns for the new business development areas To work with the MM to manage overall and project budgets for the new business development areas , purchase orders and invoicing on a day to day basis. Including monitoring and reporting on spend Help the MM to develop and maximize stakeholder and third party relationships to deliver on brand objectives and strategies for the new business development areas Work with the MM to ensure all aspects of IBCs new business development marketing including internal and external communications reach IBCs quality threshold Monitor new business development marketing related communications and report on agreed measures for marketing activity on a regular basis
Qualifications CIM qualification or other relevant qualification Events marketing background Experience of marketing of new business development projects Language skills

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills A qualified marketer, at least to degree level specializing in marketing, with 3 - 5 yrs experience A proven track record in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns especially web marketing techniques. A proven track record in planning and implementing communications plans across a wide range of online and offline mediums Well developed, fast and accurate copy writing and proof reading skills Experience in writing copy for all marketing mediums including on - line, advertising, PR, DM etc. To provide collateral to support this
