Description The professional advisor has the following overall responsibilities: *implementing and following up daily operational aspects of all issues related to the PDPs Youth Measure, as well as, internal and external communication of the overall Programme *processing technical aspects and further developing the PDPs new Youth Measure (Developing Local Capacities through Youth-led Social Projects) *assisting project/programme initiatives to provide professional advisory services to and cooperate with a broad range of target groups *innovation and knowledge management with regard to the PDPs Youth Measure *ensuring that the Youth Measure runs smoothly
Qualifications BA Honors or higher in social sciences (i.e. sociology, political science, development studies, social work or international relations) *experience with social entrepreneurship, incubation, female mentorship, gender mainstreaming

Car owner Any
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills very good working knowledge of IT technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the Internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office) *experience running projects *excellent communication and organisational skills *capacity to work well in a team and to work under pressure *flexibility is expected especially, with regards to, additional tasks that may be required by the programme
