Description Supervise the daily work within the assigned branches. Conduct periodic meetings with every branch. Assign (Divide) the plan to the respective branches to be considered as targets Reduce the waste within branches. Achieves annual sales targets. Follow up daily collections and sales figures Assures following the hygiene, safety and HR procedures within branches. Review the actual sold goods are delivered to the client vs. requested amount and the Receipts. Follow up with the showrooms the displayed goods Maintains communications between Management and Branches. Interfere in case of problems with the clients, warehouse, customer service department or the dealer Monitor the competitiveness level of the market through frequent visits to the showrooms. Advice the sales representative regarding the display of the goods and keep him abreast of the difference between the products models to control the distribution percentage Visits Showrooms to conduct demonstrations, understands requirements and ensures that there are no problems with the products & display means. Enhancing the relationship with the Staff. Leads activities in the designated area including technical discussions, transactional commercial strategies, proposals, contract negotiations, and contract closure. Manages all sales activities within the specified Branches, grows the sales for each of the product lines and maximizes profitability. Presents and sells the value of companys products that can benefit customer needs. Negotiates best price, terms and product delivery with potential and existing customers.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in business administration or commerce. Minimum 5 years of Managerial sales field experience with regular customer contact & broad product knowledge. Strong commercial background with proven success in a sales & product management. Knowledge of dealers & other channels. Having excellent track record of generating, handling & converting inquires to orders. Proven track record of exceeding quota in a complex sale. Consistent over achievement of sales quotas. Highly Motivated, Goal-Oriented & Result Oriented. Proven leadership skills in training, coaching, and developing a team. Excellent communication skills. Successful negotiating & selling skills. Strong & professional presentation skills. Ability to discuss technical product specifications and product features in front of the customer.
