Description M-04 Human Resources Manager Technical tasks: 1. Put procedures and human resources policies related to staff. 2. Put the company relating to the benefits and wages policies and follow-up variable income system, which includes bonuses and increments own. 3. Identify and monitor the general culture of the company, which contribute to achieving the companys objectives and cause employee satisfaction. 4. Ensure proper implementation of human resources and the implementation of programs and initiatives through planning, development and implementation of strategies 5. Monitoring, measuring and reporting on all human resources issues, and the opportunities and development plans and achievements within formulas and timetables agreed. 6. Analyze and evaluate the density of the current staff and future requirements of the external market data relevant internal data in order to develop and predict the budget for wages and that are in line with the companys strategies. 7. Manage and direct workers in the Department of Personnel to ensure access to the companys strategic goals and efficiently monitor all special operations salaries in order to achieve the required precision. 8. Review of grievances filed by employees. And provide immediate information on trends and modern methods to solve problems. 9. Overseeing the recruitment and selection policy action employment interviews of applicants for the job at the level of directors and executive levels 10. The management and control of administrative expenses within agreed budgets. Supervisory tasks: 1. leadership, and direct, and motivate and develop the companys human resources team to achieve management objectives and profits for the company. 2. Lead and guide and evaluate the team in achieving the goals set for the team of human resources. 3. Provide opportunities for learning and development staff, either through counseling and guidance and follow-up or by providing the appropriate time to attend required
